A new grassroots effort is underway to raise additional funds for The CART Fund. Rotarian John Whitwell of Augusta, GA, is passionate about helping find a cure for this disease and has enlisted his family and friends to help him “Smash Alzheimer’s.”
Whitwell has created a website and encourages individuals or clubs to “smash” something – anything – and make a video to share on social media. Then, make a donation to The CART Fund and challenge someone else to do the same.
